Meet the team
Previously known as Mottram Evangelical Church, Hope Community Church was 'born' in 2018 when the charitable trust was converted to a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation). The Elders are responsible for the Spiritual oversight of the church and the Board of Trustees oversee the legal and charitable compliance.

We presently have an eldership of four who work together to oversee the spiritual health, direction and protection of the church by providing - or ensuring the provision of - teaching, prayer, pastoral care, spiritual direction and resourcing and releasing of others into ministry.

...is the Pastor at HCC who - according to his daughter, Belle - just drives around drinking coffee!

...is the only Elder with a proper job! Between software engineering and Mountain Rescue, he somehow finds the time to be an Arsenal fan.

...works full-time between the Message and HCC's community facing ministry, Lifecentre Outdoors.
ROD
...retired from a career in accountancy only to land the role of Treasurer before recently joining the Eldership. He's been at the church for a very long time.
